What File Format should my artwork be sent in ?

 

- Files should be sent in either Corel Draw or PDF format with fonts converted to curves and the document flattened to insure the file doesn't corrupt

 

Do you guys do designing and what is the price of designing ?

 

- Yes we do, our prices for designing depend on the size of the design as well as hours spent on a design

 

What would be the cost of printing

 

- It is difficult to give an answer here, each product is different and because of the changing cost of supplies we can not have a standard price set for a product.

 

To get the current price on any of our products or services please send us an email of what product or service you require along with details such as :

 

  • A clear description of the product or service required. 
  • On what sort of paper/material we will be printing on.
  • Will it be printed in colour or in black and whether or not it is printed one side or two sides.
  • The Quantity required.
  • The size of the finished product, if you require a book or something similar please state whether it will be landscape or portrait.
  • What sort of finishing the product will have such as lamination ( we do gloss, matt and soft touch lamination), Binding, saddle stitching, UV Varnish, folding/scoring or anything else not mentioned above.
  • For signage products please tell us if we will be doing the installation.
  • Will you be collecting the finished product or will we be sorting out delivery for you ( please provide us with a delivery address and contact number if we will be handling the delivery). 

How does payment work?

 

- Before a job can be put into production either full payment or part payment must be made depending on what was discussed with whomever quoted you, with remaining amount to be paid in full before it may be released.

- All Payments must be done through EFT, with proof of payment emailed to us prior to the collection or dispatch of a job. Cash may also be accepted depending on the amount to be paid.

 

What is the normal turnaround time?

 

- Each product is different, some go through a whole lot of finishing services while others are just printed, cut and packed. It also depends whether the product you require will be printed Litho or Digital, Litho prints are normally larger quantity of prints and could take some time before the product is ready. Whereas Digital prints are smaller quantity's and are generally less time consuming.

 

A typical example would be flyers, a set of 5000 AS flyers would be printed on Litho, which would take 3-5 days, while 1000 A5 flyers would be printed digitally and would take a day or two before its ready to collect. If a job is extremely urgent, arrangements can be made to have it ready sooner but it may cost a little bit more as we would require some of our staff to work overtime.
